DIRECTIONS
After removing Step 1 from the lashes, apply a thin layer of the clinic balm to lashes from root to tip, taking special care of the delicate ends of the lashes.
Remove excess, leaving a thin and even layer on the lashes.
Apply Step 2 and process for the required amount of time.
You may choose to apply another coating of the balm after removing Step 2 for extra conditioning.
Store in a cool, dry place with the lid tightly covered to ensure product efficacy.
