DIRECTIONS
Use to apply lash perm paper for steps 1 & 2. Apply the paper with the tweezer from the base of the lash, then with the flat side of the tweezer, adhere the paper over the lashes. Can also be used for removal of plastic wrap and perm papers. Use at the end of the service for styling the lashes if so desired for a more dramatic look.
