DIRECTIONS

Use tweezers to place over the lashes after perm solutions have been applied. Gently press the paper into the perm to adhere it properly and leave it on during processing time. To remove, use a pair of tweezers to gently peel it away.

Strips can be trimmed or cut in sections for easier application.
